Supervise and manage the interview process- administer tests, evaluate the performance, screen out misfits, assess candidates. Work with full zeal and achieve targets. Should be able to clearly communicate the benefits of working at Magna to candidates.

Job Seekers Profile
This person will be responsible for all aspects of recruiting including managing direct reports, recruiting strategies, choosing the right method for sourcing candidates (job portals, ads etc.),
determining the interview evaluation methods /tests, collect and gather status reports for discussion with senior management, create proposals for approval of new recruitment initiatives
etc. Responsible for achieving the recruitment targets to ensure the Company is adequately staffed with people with right skill sets and attitudes. The key performance criteria is to do
recruiting in a way that new hires quickly become performers in the Magna environment and will enable the organization to deliver on client commitments. MBA (HR) or graduates with at least one year of IT recruitment experience.
